I self-drafted this flutter sleeve dress and made it from secondhand fabric found at estate sale.
I call it a "record skip" dress because the fabric has an irregularity in the printing. It makes it look like the flowers are glitching. If this fabric had been used in a large-scale clothing manufacturer, it very likely would have been discarded because of its "flaws".

Wash cold, dry low or hang dry.
