I made this poncho out of a beautifully made secondhand lap/baby blanket. The frills are amazing!
I carefully unraveled the middle, re-secured, and crocheted over the opening. Then I hand-sewed this collar onto the edge.
Measurements:
Open sizing except for neck hole; up to 25"
Hand wash or wash alone in garment bag, dry flat.
